David Macaione's passion is guiding people through the largest transaction most people make in a lifetime. He has helped over 3,500 families in his 33-year career by putting an emphasis on the experience, not the transaction. His personal mission is to maintain a deep understanding of loan program guidelines so he can best serve his clients. David enjoys helping families to the closing table who were turned down elsewhere, and places particular emphasis on empowering veterans. "Because of their service, for what they've done for this country, I have a special place in my heart for veterans," David says. "They deserve to use their benefit, and I enjoy helping them navigate a loan program typically shrouded in confusion." David grew up in Alaska and moved to North Carolina in 1985 to begin his mortgage career. He enjoys cooking, sports, and water-oriented activities. David spends his time with his significant other Karen, his four children, and three grandchildren.
