Dan made his way to the Cape Fear region in 2014, leaving behind the snowy winters of the Philadelphia (Go Birds/Phils!) area for the sun-soaked charm of coastal North Carolina. Dan does get the opportunity to get some frozen time when he visits his son, Tyler, while he attends Appalachian State

From the moment he arrived, Dan has immersed himself in the vibrant Wilmington community, exploring its best local hangouts, enjoying live music, and giving back through involvement with local charities.

Dan attended Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania (think The Little League World Series) where he played soccer for 4 years and graduated in 1995. With a background in banking and professional management, Dan has spent years helping people achieve their goals. Now, as a dedicated real estate professional, he’s passionate about helping clients find their dream homes in this beautiful, snow-free slice of paradise.
