Hunter McNeill, | The Rising Tide Team

Originally from Pinehurst, Hunter moved to Wilmington to attend UNC Wilmington graduating with a business degree as well as receiving his real estate license in 2008.

Hunter continued calling Wilmington home for many years since he has many friends and family residing here. Work took him to Raleigh, but he always longed to return to the coast. He finally made his way back to the area running his own rental property business, renovating old homes and having a key role as president of a large HOA community.

His experiences led him to believe he had the expertise to be a great broker/REALTOR® and is proud to be a part of Intracoastal Realty's team of real estate professionals. He is committed to extraordinary communication and customer service for both his listing and buying clients. He understands the process involved and strives to make every transaction as smooth as possible.

In his free time, Hunter enjoys driving his Jeep on the beach at Fort Fisher, boating, wood working, hanging out with friends, traveling, brewing his own beer at home, and most importantly spending time with his wife and dog.
