About Sara
Originally from Southport, North Carolina, Sara has called Southeastern North Carolina "home" all of her life. A Graduate from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Marketing, Sara knew the Wilmington area was where she wanted to be.
Sara worked as an Agent Manager at Intracoastal Realty during the last year of her studies at UNC-W. The work piqued her interest in real estate sales as she found a way to incorporate her undergraduate studies in a field she loves. The experience with Intracoastal gave her a greater understanding of the forms, systems, and routines used in real estate sales. With this experience and her degree in Communication and Marketing in hand, Sara is well armed to assist her clientele with their real estate needs.
Sara knows great agents have a keen working knowledge of the area, its many subdivisions, history, and amenities, such as the wonderful beaches and vibrant downtown area. Having lived in the area her entire life, this comes naturally to her and benefits her clients. Working with "Top Producing" The Rising Tide Team gives her another level of support for her clients.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys playing golf, boating around Wrightsville Beach, and spending time with her two dogs, Maddie and Lucy, and her boyfriend, Brent. She loves the lifestyle the area offers her, and she enjoys conveying this to clients. Sara says, "Very few places offer a lifestyle similar to Wilmington. It's like being on vacation year-round!"
